Great location with close walking distance to major attractions and food. We had no issues finding the place, and it's close to the train station as well. The room we had was tiny but cozy.

The hotel is very close to city centre within easy reach of shops and many good restaurants - Room was very clean and we got all the essentials, including even some single use slippers. I found the bed to be really comfortable as well - The hosts are friendly and quick to help with any request We had a very pleasant stay and would book it again

We had a very nice stay here for 2 days with my sister! We were provided with everything you need for comfort and more - slippers, new toothbrushes and complementary snacks for tea / coffee. We also promptly got an iron on request. The furniture in the room might not look the newest but it's clean and has a charming style to it. The owners of the place - Daniele and Lorenzo - are very welcoming. Even when they were not present at the reception, they were reachable on WhatsApp. They recommended some nice places to visit in Florence, which we did and were very pleased. We were also allowed to leave our bags at the reception after checkout for our last day in the city, which was a huge help!

Our room didn't have much sunlight, which is really not a big deal. Since there is a little lobby outside of the rooms, there is a possibility to be woken up by louder guests.

Great location, walking distance to all attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here, staff were really nice, room was clean. I liked the little details such as a new unpacked toothbrush. This building has regular tenants and it seems old, but well maintained. So staying here felt more authentic, like we had a sample of how it looks like to live in Firenze.

The staff was excellent and it was in the perfect location. I stayed at three different hotels during my trip and one was supposed to be a four star hotel. The service of Soggoriorno Arcobaleno was far superior.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect: on a rather calm street but close to the most famous city attractions. The room is lovely, the bathroom is clean. Everything is really well thought through for the comfort of the guests. Daniele gave us a really good peace of advise for sightseeing and eating out (good and not too touristy places). The shower didn't have great water pressure, but it wasn't a problem. Just a petty issue.

The location was great for us. One block from a park, we had a dog. There is a great restaurant for dinner around the corner and a great coffee shop near the park for breakfast. For us, it was a short walk from train station and the old center.

The light in the bathroom turned on automatically along with the hood and was very noisy. the light was unpleasant and bright. It was impossible to go to the toilet at night, because such bright light and noise made it impossible to sleep. make it possible to turn the light off and on yourself, rather than automatically

Netflix is doubled in any other language except english which had a disturbing noise . I don’t know if is something general for Italy or the set up here was the problem

Great location. Very accommodating, very comfortable. The staff was exceptional. Upon arrival I was given a map, and explained the places to eat and not pay tourist prices. I was recommended all the places not to miss. This made exploring Florence confidently. Room was serviced with beautiful lush towels. Everything was walking distance even though you are just outside the tourist circle. I felt safe walking at night.

Everything was great! If anything, there isn’t an elevator in the building so it might be tough for those with mobility issues.
