Transfers from the airport was organised by the property, it was seamless. There was lots of communication prior to our visit with lots of useful information provided. We were met at our accommodation on arrival and provided with information about our room and Rome in general. Personalised service was fabulous, nothing was a problem. Used WhatsApp to communicate during our stay. The location is fabulous easy walking distance to many attractions. We felt safe in the area. Breakfast was included and was good. Other reviews mention noise; however, we did not experience this. The accommodation itself was suitable for 3 adults that stayed, clean and roomy. Elevator available.

We have no complaints, as an improvement we would like to have a full ironing board (only a small one provided). Also a sign on the front of building to assist with location of property.

This place was fantastic. Appartment was big and clean, nothing was missing, everything was functional. Great location, restaurants and bakery near by. Owner was very helpful. Outside patio was exceptional, fantastic view, lemon trees. Best place we stayed in Italy.

Location was fantastic, in the heart of Taormina next to the botanical Gardens. We had excellent restaurants and other amenities at our doorstep. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to help.

It would have been nice to have a larger TV in the room with more choice of channels. I feel that the breakfast choices were limited. It would also have been good to have omelettes, smoked salmon, etc included at breakfast.
