The towels left at the pool chairs for hours or even a whole day to keep it reserved so no one can use it. I understand it is not hotel but people

Our bedroom was next to a lift and we could hear the lift going up and down all night long. We could hear the people in other rooms and other guests walking through the corridor very loudly. The variety of food for the children at the buffet wasn't fantastic.

We loved the kid's pool and the proximity to a larger adults pool. The room was very spacious. The buffet was nice food and a reasonable price.

My check in took over 1.5 hours. Prior to my arrival I had tried contacting both the hotel and bookings.com to advise them that I wanted to add an extra child to my booking. No-one from the hotel responded to my online query and the reservations number on their website and the number on bookings could not be reached despite several attempts to call. On arrival the hotel told me I couldn´t change my reservation with them but could ring bookings.com. The first call to them lasted 25mins (most of this on hold as bookings.com didn´t have the correct number for the hotel). I took my phone inside and asked bookings and hotel staff to communicate through that but they refused. I supplied bookings with the correct number for the hotel and they agreed to keep me on hold and call the hotel. No-one called me back so I made another call to bookings and this time started the whole saga again. This call went on for 45mins in which time the person I spoke to said they had changed the number of occupants and that i should proceed to reception. I asked him to stay online as my battery was low and I wouldn´t be able to ring back again. At the hotel desk they refused to honour the change to the booking and said they had explained this to bookings staff so I was left paying for an additional room. I found this situation really stressful and totally unavoidable. Whilst all of this was going on I was trying to supervise the three children with me and was just being sent back and forth between the hotel and bookings. If I had been given the right advice in the first place and if the hotel and bookings had responded to my query when it was raised. Then, when I arrived at my rooms to find that one could have easily accommodated the 3 children I was really annoyed.

The staff were friendly throughout the hotel. I had the opportunity to join the Aerobics class with Agatha on Monday. Tuesday morning. She was brilliant. Organised a very great personal class. I would definitely repeat this. My children loved the activity centre where they could happily play pool and table tennis

The only room for improvement is the taste of some of the cooked food. But the choice from buffet was big enough

It's a great place for families with small kids. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach, has friendly staff and lots of attractions for children. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great service, room is spacious. There are four swimming pools, all decent size. It's been windy when we were there and spent most of the time in the indoor pool. Good variety at buffet, nothing impressive but good standard.

I had a very good time in this hotel because it was lovely. The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. The hotel is also very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Also, the food was lovely. Would definitely be going back to stay more days as I only went for one day.

Only spent 1 night there. No chance to form an opinion. We did have to wait to check in, a bit of a lack of communication between reception staff, it was only a minor irritation.

Personally I didn't like the mattress. It was too soft and felt my back in the morning.

We loved the garden, the pools, the abundant breakfast! We also went for a massage which was excellent, relaxing, recharging. The masseurs were professional, caring in a tranquil ambience. Some of the concerts were also good.

Even though I have booked all inclusive, the hotel does not provide anything in the minibar, not even a bottle of water.
