Not that much things in the cupboard, only exactly for 2 persons. Could be good to have for example 6 in an apartment for 2.

Excellent location if travelling on the E5. Brilliant alternative to traditional hotels, it's great to have cooking facilities in your room. Spotlessly clean, modern building. Very welcoming, dog friendly staff. The only downside was the lack of noise insulation in the room, we could hear our neighbours a bit too well... But it wasn't a major issue, we did get a good night's sleep. We would definitely recommend Be Casa.

In the 5 days I stayed, I expected the room to be cleaned at least once. As for the kitchen, there could have been a dish towel and a broom since there was no cleaning. Providing essentials like oil and salt would be a good idea for travelers. Other than that, everything was fine.

They didn't have toilet paper, we had to ask for. The pillows were not comfortable at all (very thin). The AC was not working well.

The facilities were amazing. And it's very close to the metro station.

The most annoying thing was that we had to connect to WiFi everyday again! All devices. You need to login every time. Also check-in was a little bit long (but the staff was friendly) - we were just tired from the trip and we had to wait for about 20-30 minutes to check in

They don’t make up the room everyday and tou have to use the bed sheets and towels for your entire stay. No bottles of water in the room! No toothpaste and no hair dryer in the rooms! I asked to refill the shampoo bottle but nobody cares till I insist 4,5 times!

Facilities of the entire complex were great, good gym, pool and padel courts. Basic cooking facilities are provided in the studios and apartments, And rooms are neat and clean.

The motion sensor lighting for the bathroom was annoying. Using the bathroom in the middle of the night was a blinding experience. If I washed my clothes in the apartment there was nothing to dry them. Not being able to participate when I heard my neighbor's having sex. No TV in the bedroom..

I liked the space of the room, nice couch and dining table. Having the ability to cook. The ability to wash my clothes in the room.. The fitness room looked great. And the lobby staff were very polite and helpful.

the apartment we stayed in was unsafe. A piece of furniture in the living room was not secured to the wall and it fell on my wife's leg injuring her foot and leg. We told reception who did not show any interest, and we have emailed the property twice since (we left the following day) and they have not even acknowledged or apologised. Poor facilities management and even worse customer service

The complete nightmare of checking in when we arrived with a car and couldn’t access the garage and no parking outside - we ended up blocking the garage entrance until another resident let us in and we could go and check in at reception. Parking was 12 euros a night. As someone else has said a sat nav would definitely be useful to find your room !

Very clean and new had everything we needed for one night Garage was huge and secure (once you managed to get in)
