Masaya San Agustin features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in San Agustín. Incredible! This place just gets everything right down to the smallest details. I have spent years traveling in Colombia and almost all hotels are good, many are very good and a lot are great but this was EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you for a great stay.

Hotel Colonial Villavieja features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Villavieja. The property has a bar, as well as a restaurant serving local cuisine. Breakfast was quite good, fruits + hot beverage + juice + eggs + bread... they were very attentive and went out of their way to improve the experience, i.e. giving extra hot water for my sweet hot chocolate. Or letting us leave the car for a bit inside their parking lot after the checkout. They are also honest about conditions at the desert if it's raining, length of the trips and recommendations with guides.

The hotel is run by a very lovely and welcoming family who gave me lots of tips and recommendations and even helped me book my bus to my next destination. Amazing location close to the town and many wonderful hikes. The hotel has a view of the sunset and the sunrise. Rooms are very clean and get cleaned everyday. Showers with hot water. Very quiet for a good night sleep. Wifi is fast. I was even offered coffee in the morning with no extra charge. This hotel definitely made my stay in San Agustin perfect and I’ll definitely book it again, if I go back to San Agustin. Muchas gracias por todo..

The host made us feeling like home. She is extremely welcoming, prepares amazing breakfast, coffee and house-made lemonade in-between. I can definitely recommend the offered tour to the Tatacoa desert. They also organized a collectivo back to neiva for us.
