Everything- welcoming, friendly and helpful owners, location, rooms, daily housekeeping, beautiful view, etc. Antahkarana is very close to La Chakira and El Tablón, and still relatively close to El Purutal- everything in a walkable distance. the main Archeological Park as well, less than an hour on foot. (there are some tours of course, we just prefer sightseeing without them). Rooms are big, water is hot, shared kitchen is functional (it seems that there will be a kitchen for guests, which will be even better). In general, a great place and great people. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time! The facilities are great and it's a beautiful hotel. Mostly it is the friendly staff, Carlos greeted us and attended to every need during our stay. Dievir, the waiter for two events was great as was Raul, or waiter on the last night. The breakfasts were exception, the restaurant was charming, the food was very good, but again, it was the service that made this place stand out. We will be back.

Comfortable beds, real sheets and an owner, Gerard, with high octane energy that is infectious. All you will find here are endless smiles and new friends. If Michelin gave stars to hostels, this would be a 3 star. Worth the trip to San Augustin just to stay at Hostal Bambu.
