Amazing! THE BEST HOTEL WE'VE BEEN TO IN CANCUN AREA. After almost 2 weeks of visiting Mexico and Cancun area, and staying in 4 different hotels, in different cities including in Cancun as well - I can guarantee the this hotel is absolutely THE BEST we've been to. The rooms (with ocean view) are amazing, the service, the fabulous restaurants and bars and all around is more than amazing. Definitely will recommend this hotel and will be back next time when in Cancun to stay there longer!

this is the first time I am writing review because I had to rate this property. Everything was fabulous, staff was outstanding, room was clean, spacious and have the most beautiful view and the food was so great but the thing I loved most about the property is hospitality. The staff was always ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each and every member of staff was great but some people really do need special mention; Monica from front desk, Fabian from spice, Sergio from Asiana, Felix the cabana server, Ivan from Maria Marie and entire staff of room service; go find these guys and you will never find anything to complain about.

The staff was very attentive, they let us check in and enjoy the resort before our room was ready which was nice to get our day started. The staff was always available to help out and refill our drinks. The food was good with a good amount of options. We spent most of our time laying on the beach under the umbrellas
