Everything was exceptional! Starting from the customer service call the day before our arrival to check if there is any special request. Amazing staff everywhere, , extremely friendly and welcoming let it be at the reception, housekeeping and restaurants. Large room with a nice view of Eilat bay. Great facilities and a comfortable queen bed. Activities during the day and night. Close proximity to the bus station (1 min walk) to Ramon airport and Taba. Best value for money.

Very good stay, nice and large apartment. The host was very helpful and it was easy to contact him, with a very quick response time. It isn't a luxury apt, but nice and comfortable and perfect for the money. We were also allowed to bring another family member for 2 nights without extra costs. Keep in mind that this is an apartment on the second floor of a walk-up building in the city. It isn't in the hotel district. But very quiet and a nice view to the red sea.

The facilities at this hotel were outstanding, with a gorgeous view from our room (in fact, they gave us a suite): from our lovely terrace we could see the mountains of Petra, the Red Sea dividing us from Jordan before that and the large pool, surrounded by tall palm trees, at our feet. We opted for breakfast and dinner - both buffets were wonderful. The staff were caring, kind and diligent. One of the very best hotels we have ever stayed in.

It was much better than that - very friendly and caring stuff (thanks, Eddy for meeting us at the reception), very clean and nice room will all the facilities that we needed. All we needed for reasonable price. Next time in Eilat - definitely in Brown!

The weather in Eilat was so good like in the summer and there is a pool in the hotel and also outside in a walking distance a beach of the red sea. Fabulous hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony area and with tea and coffee and toiletries provided (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, moisturiser). The pool area was amazing and the breakfast was insane, more choice than you could ever possibly need! Only about 10 mins walk to the beach. There are some building works just outside the hotel but once completed the area outside should be nice too and the noise can't be heard from the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel!

We liked all the meals, the pool, jacuzzi and VIP lounge. We were especially happy that the children's club had things that kept all my grandchildren from age 3 to 11 engaged. The last place we stayed at did not have games or activities that were suitable for the older children.

Great value for money, good variety at breakfast, lovely pool and mountain views from the room and balcony. Comfortable big bed and big room full of natural light. Excellent location in hotel area, next to the ice mall and near the beaches and restaurants. The hotel building also has a supermarket and restaurant. 15min walk to bus station. Reception staff, housekeeping and guards were kind and super helpful. Will come back.
