We arrived late and the receptionist (didnt manage to get her name) was more than kind to reserve us a table at the restaurant, gave us a very good explaintation of the surroundings and of the hotel. Amazing buffet breakfast and facilities (pool and sauna) especially. Will definitely visit again. Educated and friendly staff

Plitvice hotel is situated next to the entrance to the national park and close to Jezero hotel, overlooking the small plateau of the park lake zone. Receptionist was very helpful & made a great 1st impression. Room was comfortable and there was a wonderful view of the park. Window opened and the temp was perfect to keep it opened all night. Loved the fresh air. Hotel was a short walk away from the park entrance. Could not have been more convenient.
