The owner was immediately like a friend, connecting with us daily to ensure we had the best stay possible (including waiting on us for a huge personalized daily breakfast, changing our room to a better one without being asked, giving us private access at the time we requested daily to his spa facilities, trusting us to use his living room and kitchen facilities to suit our needs, and just generally making our whole family feel right at home). Furthermore, the grounds are beautiful and well-equipped, the staff is very warm and polite, and the room we stayed in was exceptionally beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. What more could you want?

We also went for lunch . Food atmosphere and restaurant staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed staying at Mamatina hotel . Room was decorated in Colombian traditional style, outside we could use personal hammock .Liliana Valencia and Omar were so wonderful and helped us enjoy Santa Rosa de Cabal!!!
