Excellent atention. Alina and Ronald the best and warm hotel staff in Madrid. They allowed early booking. Water. Coffee tea and also a little bottle of champagne for FREE. The building is close to everything. My 65 s years old mom and I could walk arround the palace, plaza España, Sol Square. La gran via and not was necessary to take Metro. My room was a palace. My mother was so happy

I do not think I can find any better place given the price range. I definitely got more than I paid for. The location is 1-2 minutes walk from Gran Via metro. The location might seem like a busy place given it is a shopping street but overall I found it very safe and pretty quiet in the room. The room is comfortable to stay: good bed and good shower. The room got cleaned everyday, also towels got replaced daily. I didn't expect this from the price. This is very kind of the host. The host of the place was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend.
