My partner and I enjoyed every aspect of this experience in the Mhamid desert and in the camp we chose to spend the night. After the tour on the back of the dromedary we arrive in Camp Desert Trips already rich from the experience we have just had and it was no less there. We were welcomed by the staff who are like a family, they immediately offered us a hot mint tea (the first of a long series) and then we enjoyed excellent Moroccan specialties for dinner to end the evening with our eyes fixed on the sky at admire the stars while listening to the traditional songs and music of this welcoming people around the fire.

A true nomad Berber family living in the desert. We were their guests. 4 Tents only, beautiful and clean, with in the middle a beautiful fireplace. Best tajin we had in Marocco so far in a fantastic ‘restaurant tent’, beautifully decorated. And after dinner a private music show with authentic Berber music. The family really tried to share their way of living.

The host Aziz was a wonderful host. He took me to the Oasis and Chigaga Erg. He also arranged for my return taxi which was extremely helpfu.l He made my desert adventure a very memorable one. Chef Barack is a very kind person who makes delicious vegan food. I highly recommend this property.

Great location at the foot of the dunes. Friendly, attentive service. Excellent tajine for dinner. It is accessible by small road if you have a car or scooter. If not, then like me, you may be offered a ride on the back of the owner’s brother’s motorcycle from Tagounite, which was an adventure in itself.

Vår tid på leiren var helt feilfri. Fra de fascinerende solnedgangene til det spennende sandboardet, den fengslende Touareg-jazzen rundt bålet, og til og med sandstormen, hvert øyeblikk var en uforglemmelig opplevelse. Vi elsket morgenen, våknet ved soloppgang for å gå på sanddynene, og selvfølgelig de fortryllende solnedgangene i denne magiske omgivelsen. Det tvang oss til å bremse i løpet av dagen, passere timene med å spille sjakk og fordype oss i bøker for å unnslippe varmen. Gjestfriheten var førsteklasses, og maten var ikke bare deilig, men også en fest for sansene. Dette var en opplevelse som for alltid vil være etset i minnene våre. Nicks ekspertise i å organisere resten av Vårt Marokkanske eventyr var også eksepsjonell, og vi kunne ikke anbefale tjenestene hans mer!

The desert camp is very nice and well organised. you could sleep under a sky full of stars, watch sunset after a camel ride, have a traditional dinner few steps away Sahara Desert. All the staff are very friendly too. A real nomad experience, deeply reccomended
