Just stayed at this lovely location near Woodhall Spa . Had originally intended a one night trip but liked it so much we extended our stay Karen and Tony are wonderful hosts and the area is excellent for exploring the Lincolnshire countryside. The site is peaceful and quiet , loved the ducks nearby and the partridge that came to call. My first time in such a luxurious tent , which I will be repeating again. My wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed our break and would recommend it without hesitation. Many thanks to Karen and Tony and happy Ruby anniversary!

We absolutely loved it. The weather was so windy but they had so many board games that kept us occupied and also brought us together as a family. I really loved that. The van was clean. Beds were comfy, enough bits to do a clean. Owners responded quickly when I messaged them

Our room was a converted garage next to the property which had recently been converted to a very high standard and basically new. The room included en-suite, it had a small kitchen area with sink,fridge and microwave which was very convenient. Tea and coffee were supplied plus fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge, excellent. Bob and Donna could nut be more welcoming. Breakfast great and beds super comfy. Room had air conditioning.

We decided to eat in the pub for the first night (you do need to book) the food was fantastic thoroughly enjoyed so booked for the second night,staff where friendly and helpful and made for a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely book again.
