Situated in Cartagena de Indias, 150 metres the nearest beach, Oz Hotel Luxury features air-conditioned accommodation and a bar. Excellent location , food really good ! The breakfast was WAO yo can have fresh made eggs , prepared zucchini, tomato warm fritata , variety of fruits, fresh squeezes juice watermelon, berries, “guanábana” my favorite !! You a fresh with cheese made in Colombia with salami , jams , even “Ajiaco” , ( típicas Chichen soup ) with Al the condiments like “ suero” and “ Picante “ on the side . Fresh bread , butter, Yougurt , milk and 3 type cereals , tea , coffee an hot chocolate … ahhh and flan !!! It was lil a a delicious BRUNCH !! And was from 6:00am until 10:00 am It was the greatest !!!

The hotel is nice and clean and the location is very good - walking distance to the beach. However, the staff was what impressed us the most. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The young guy at the breakfast would bring our coffee and tea as soon as he saw us in the morning which was very sweet. Every single staff member was super nice and seemed to genuinely be happy to help with everything we needed. They made us feel comfortable and happy we chose this place for our holiday.

Location,hotel,but the Staff is an amazing collective warm,cheerful ,caring group..from the front desk,restaurant staff, the support staff ( so friendly ).
