Check in was quick and easy, on site parking was right by the door and the pod was clean and cosy. Everything you could need was readily available and the location was perfect. Quite and peaceful grounds but only a short walk or drive to the local attractions. Loved our regular duck visitors and watching the hares come out at night! Chapel St Leonards is a quieter holiday option - with Skegness 5mins drive away or 30mins walk by the sea . The area is very flat - easy walking . Anderby creek is reached by a nice beach walk - seals swim by regularly, wading and sea birds to be seen. The North Sea observatory is an ideal viewpoint ,informative and a well stocked cafe. Ideal for dogs and children - the beach slopes but reveals a flat sandy beach when the tide goes out - ideal for playing in the sea .AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

We like the caravan park, staff lovely and happy to help. Very close to the beach, if you like a drink there is a bar on the side of the beach. There is a pub where you can eat on the corner of the site and takeaways too.Buchanan - 10Scored 10

Chapel St Leonards is a great in between location to stay not far from Mablethorpe, Ingoldmells or Skegness. Has great bus routes. Lovely clean beaches.. As long as you take your rubbish home with you x Garden Centre, Strawberry picking in season, Car boot sales easily accessible. Plenty of Tat/ Souvenir Shops. Great All Rounder Place to stay. Only Down side.. Not many if any food places have vegetables on the menu's except Sunday Roasts, unless you like peas. / side salad.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

The hotel was ideally located in the main centre of Chapel St. Leonards and close to the beach and all amenities, walks etc. Full English breakfast with bar and restaurant on site. The rooms were modern, recently re-furbished and clean. The beds were large and comfy. Hotel quiet, even when having an early night. Don't listen to some of the negative reviews I have read, the hotel is all you need for a seaside break and very good value.

The garden is really big and private, perfect for dogs. The house is well equipped with kitchen stuff and the bathroom has shampoos, conditioners, bath wash etc. Beds are pretty comfy.
