The bars stocked lower grade liquor. I would not have minded to pay extra for the option of a top-shelf cocktail. This wasn't an option unfortunately

Layout of rooms; access was confusing to get to entry of room. Property need upgrades. Didn’t seem cleaned; water rings on dresser. Most food. Check-in staff rude and seem selective as to who is checking in as to how they treat you.

Comfortable bed and good air conditioning in unit. Nightly entertainment outside our patio door!

More towels in the room would have been nice. We were unclear about signing in and returning the pool towels- don’t get charged for not returning towels!

Omelettes were delicious. The menu changed daily to feature items. Staff were friendly and polite. Loved our room and the balcony and the locking safe. The reservable restaurant was a nice dinner. There is a supermarket, Starbucks and more only a short block away if you forget to pack anything! Short Uber ride into town. The restaurants in town are very expensive making the resort food excellent value.

Friendly staff, lots of choices at Buffet, nice location to walk to some restaurants, grocery store. pharmacy and spa's for massage. Shower always had hot water.

Need heaters in the Luna restaurant. Disappointing that there was no hot tub. The TV in the room was small and low quality.

The staff were very friendly. Luna restaurant was nice. The fresh made omelets were great for breakfast, also the cinnamon rolls. like the adults only area, nice view since it was elevated.

There needs to be more elevators, this is definitely not a handicap friendly resort. So many stairs! The rooms are outdated and need nasty lamp shades and furniture replaced. Also the parking for customers who do drive to the resort is a horrible unfinished looking lot and really for an all inclusive valet service for parking should be offered. The food was sometimes very bland and cold. The resort is so huge and getting to our room was a maze every time.

please, for the love of all that is holy, do not have the staff roll the mop buckets and trash barrels down the hallways at 3-4am, multiple times. I woke up and thought a tsunami was coming; not kidding. there’s no need to make a ruckus while the population is sleeping, please consider another plan for that, it woke us up every single night.

property is a little beat up, let’s just be upfront about it. staff are incredibly nice, place is so clean, food was above average for an all inclusive. activities were not the best, but at least it wasn’t that over-the-top hype-man annoying resort stuff. I really enjoyed it, it was relaxing and comfortable.

Lots of cigarette smoking everywhere. The general smoking area is right in the middle of the resort. We had to keep the door to our room closed on several Occasions.

Breakfast was decent. They had a omelette station but only one person cooking, so the wait was a factor.
