I didnt really like the bath in the room, it was a little small and high so it was hard to get in and out. Also sometimes the wifi was a little slow.

The room was very big and spacious and the location was perfect. A couple minutes walk from everything we needed. We barely used any transportation.

Kind of needs updating, looks worn out and rooms are small. I thought I was getting a better room for 160€ a week night. Not a good value.

Breakfast is not of a 4 star hotel. Limited choice and not everything is available at all times during breakfast window. Waiting time can impact the time you want to dedicate to the breakfast. A 4 star hotel should be able to have supply continuity in line with planned guests. Bathroom is tiny compared to the rest of the room. Space is limited and difficult to manage two people at time.

Location is perfect to manage a visit of Prague historic center on foot. Very good the cleanness of the facility and the room quality.

Only Czech tv-channels on TV was challenging for us, and believe is challenging for international guests as well!

If you travel when it is really hot outside ,there is not enough with the aircondition in the room, could of been better. It didn't help to open the windows, there was still not enough cool air.

Very good value for money. The hotel is very close to the center and you can go almost everywhere by foot. We had a room on the 7th floor and we had a nice view over the city. The breakfast was also fine, there was enough to choose from.

Unfortunately, my experience with the breakfast at this hotel left much to be desired. While the ambiance was pleasant and the service was satisfactory, the breakfast options were severely lacking. Each day seemed like a repetition of the last, with only a few uninspired choices available. The real disappointment, however, was the quality of the coffee.

The location couldn't have been better!!! We were fortunate enough to be allocated a room with a balcony, and the view was amazing. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.

The restaurant staff seemed angry when cleaning the tables at the breakfast. The breakfast was average, meaning that the omlete didn't had any taste at all and the vegetables were tasteless.

The room 704 is the room with a splendid view. The bed is awesome and the room was very clean. The balcony is awesome opening the view to the city. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit the old town.

The parking situation is really weird, so take this into account. They don't have their own parking garage, so it's in the building next door which is not an issue. But to enter the garage you need a key card, so every time you want to use your car or you need something from the car someone from the staff has to walk with you all the way to the car and wait for you. This is really uncomfortable in some situations, I understand that they can't do much about it, but if you come with a car take this into consideration. P.S. The garage is really tight, with an SUV can be a challenge to enter.

The location is in the centre so everything was really close. The breakfast was good and also enough varieties. They also allow pets which is great, you do have to pay for it an extra, but that's normal. The room was big enough and the bed was really comfy.

It would be good if guests had access to Tea and Coffee downstairs during the daytime.

A very noisy street, it’s hard to sleep, drunken screams from the street until three in the morning. The Internet is very bad, the connection is poor and interrupted every few minutes, but even when there is a connection, streaming is impossible.

Very convenient location, most tourist attractions are within walking distance. Helpful staff. Clean hotel in good condition. Good breakfasts.
