Location o.k. Breakfast itself fairly mediocre. You seem to be going for a downmarket clientele, rather than one with high standards. Please provide raisins and nuts and good greek yogurt. Also an espresso coffee machine, that makes instant espresso, cuppucini etc. Go more upmarket. After all, you're in the Hilton chain.

The location of the property was great. The pool and hot tub were a welcome addition. The apartment was a good size.

It was not clean, floors were dirty and couldn’t walk around without your shoes on from the moment we arrived. The door was missing in one of the cabinets, the skirting boards were dusty, the light in the kitchen was full of dead flies. There was an iron but no iron board ( searched everywhere) You were instructed not to ask anybody anything within the building, it made me feel I couldn’t talk to anybody and quite unwelcome. There was signs everywhere saying no short term rental or airbnb welcome. I think the owner needs to upgrade the curtains in all the rooms as they do not fit and are thin. It’s a shame as the property could be amazing with these few little tweaks. Just needs a little bit of attention.
