I have to start with the location. I arrived with train from Lisbon and I could see the property as soon as I left the station. No, this doesn't mean that you will hear trains and loud noises. Nice young lady checked me in to the room on first floor and the room is definition of comfort. Leather sofa, large comfortable bed, just right bathroom, view on the nice, small street, working AC and Star Wars on the TV, what more can you ask for?!

There is no small fridge in room. There is space in the room for fridge store, not 1 small fridge. This isn't big minus but management should think about this. I used kitchen shared by the guests and it was solid alternative. That would be all.

A very good location and easy walking distance up train station, shopping centre, cafes and restaurants. Hotel rooms were a very good size, clean and comfortable. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful and all spoke English which helped me.

The location is definitely fabulous, it’s at the end of Liberal avenue, central Lisbon. The staff were nice dealing with our bookings and luggages.

The room was not described fairly. It’s a fairly old hotel with fairly old facilities, for instance, the lift could only allow three people at most. the photos on bookings is definitely photoshopped really massively. The WiFi in our room was horrible, it comes and goes constantly. the breakfast is definitely overpriced, we were charged 12 euros per person but was served with very average/packed food (its fairly expensive taking into the cost of living in Lisbon), and they even charge us for extra on eggs! also, about the luggages, we stored our luggages when we check out, they did not give us any ticket and they did not ask for proof when we got our luggage back. I was slightly concerned over the safety of my luggage.

Proximity to the main attractions. It was kept clean and serviced daily. Comfortable bed.
