Beautifully designed house in a very central location in the village. We stayed with our family of 5 (3 kids) and were so comfortable we ended up staying longer. Margot is a great host, very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it.

The pool is listed as private but is in fact shared with the other houses.

Amazing place! Margot has done a beautiful job building a peaceful oasis. She’s a perfect host host and even arranged a tubing trip for us. The houses are a close enough to walk to the main road, but far enough so that’s it’s pretty quiet at night. Great wifi, great kitchen. Highly recommended!

The abscence of AC could be tough at night trying to sleep. I recommend to open windows and doors and left the air flow, most if you don't like the noise of the fan. If you are OK with the fan you'll sleep well. Insects won't be a bother if you make sure the mosquito net is right in place

It's a very nice place, very quite, we like the simplicity and the beautiful of the house design. The pool was so relaxing to us. We really enjoyed the place. It's right close to what you need: the restaurants, the bars, the groceries.

The wifi didn't always work well, which did make it difficult for us to work. Margot did try to fix it, but it wasn't very stable.

Lovely and peaceful place to stay in Palomino. With 2 bedrooms, it was the perfect size for our family. Great to have the pool and appreciated the fridge stocked with drinks (at a reasonable cost), good kitchen. Beds were comfortable. It is quite hot, but the fans worked well. Great local bakery 3 min away. Had our laundry done at a reasonable cost. Margot, the owner is very friendly and always available by phone if needed.

There are some parts of the apartment that there isn’t windows, so we had many bags coming inside the apartment.

The apartment was pretty and nice, beds were comfortable the shower was big. The hosts were great kindness, help us every time we ask for.

When you enter the high, white walls of La Floristeria, off the dusty streets of Palomino, two words come to mind: peaceful and pristine. From the clean concrete floors, to the neatly-spruced shrubbery, to the exposed interior structures everything was immaculate. Although modern in construction and design the property had a cosy charm: something that was clearly a reflection of the input and personality of the owner. Prior to our arrival, Margault was very attentive to our needs - she helped to source a driver from the airport. And, on our arrival, continued to be a courteous and friendly host - she was on hand when we needed to borrow a vital bottle opener! The Hibiscus property was generous in many things: one of those being space. It was spacious enough for the 3 of us and could easily accommodate one more. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with sufficient storage space. The living room has a broad, built-in lounger. The kitchen was abundant in work surfaces and equipped well enough for us to prepare a simple Christmas dinner. And you could swing a small cat in the shower. A 7 minute walk along the main road will take you to the beach, during which you can peruse the artisanal and indigenous wares or choose, from the many places on offer, somewhere to have dinner and a drink in the evening. And 8 minutes along the shoreline will take you to the popular mouth of the Palomino river. Although the easy-to-reach main road seems relatively busy and noisy for one of such modest stature, you need not worry, La Floristeria offers an oasis of peace, comfort and safety.
