Amazing place, truly a little paradise. The restaurant has great food, one eats directly at the beach, cocktails are very good too. Also has a very nice pool. We even added some extra days and stayed longer because we loved this place.

The suite was clean and comfortable and rustic so we could hear the waves and birds. The facilities were great and well maintained. The food and drinks we had at the restaurant were good. The location was perfect and staff friendly.

Noise from a part hostel a few hotels down

Lovely place, right on the beach. Fantastic pool with jacuzzi. Good food. Really nice staff who enabled us to access our room early and happy to store luggage till you leave

There was nothing we didn't like!

The location and staff were amazing! We had booked a room for three, but one person couldn't travel last minute. The staff wasn't able to rebook us a smaller and less expensive room, but they did give us complimentary breakfast the next morning (which we had not originally paid for). I thought that was a nice gesture! The location is great as it's one of the few places in it's price range with a prime beach view and bar!

The room was open-air all around the top - usually fine if you have good mosquito nets. However the cleaners don't tuck in the mosquito net around the double bed in our room when they made it up for our arrival, so I was eaten alive on the first night. We tucked it in all the way round when we first arrived (hard as the net isn't quite big enough for the bed, but doable) but when they made up the room the next day, they left it untucked again. I asked the staff to please let the cleaners know to leave the bed (we don't need it making) when they come in for this very reason, but it was sadly ignored. So I had a few pretty sleepless nights because of this which tainted our stay. We also had a couple of problems with payment - firstly my card was charged twice for the stay before we arrived, using the details I entered on Booking.com. When I contested this, at first the property claimed that it was legitimate, so I had to insist it was an error to get my money back. Secondly, when we checked out and settled our bill, I noticed on the receipt I'd been charged in GBP rather than in COP - frustratingly I wasn't given the option to pay in pesos, which I always prefer to because I get a much better exchange rate. So we ended up paying 5% more for our bill than we should have. It's not much - but something to be aware of. Lastly, the restaurant is a bit pricey (35-50 COP for a main dish) - but the food was delicious and given in generous portions at least.

Great beach-front location with lovely gardens and pool area, lots of areas to just chill in the grounds, and everything was well maintained. Only a short walk to nearby cafes and restaurants. We had a private fan-cooled cabana room and it was spacious and comfortable with nice attention to detail, considering it was a wooden hut. Enjoyed using the hammock and comfy seats on the balcony. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

There was just one occasion where the waiters seemed to attend to everyone apart from me so I had to walk over to ask for everything, but in general, I really enjoyed my stay here.

I loved my stay! Staff were attentive and kind. The food is delicious, the pool is so nice to chill in. Easy to walk to or get a mototaxi from the main road. I loved that the beach was just in front of you too.
