We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIt was VERY VERY hot! But hard to find anything otherwise in Palomino. Fans only reached bottom bunks and small portion of room. Also quite a long walk to the beach, but manageable.
Property had a really nice homely vibe and lots of cosy places to hangout. It also had a fully equipped kitchen which was great (including a blender, so awesome to make smoothies with all the fresh fruit around).

Czech RepublicOnly mosquitoes - but a mosquito net or a fan solves that. But finding a mosquito-free place in Palomino is just as difficult.
The place is a great combination of beautiful surroundings, peace and well-being. The room was one of the two nicest of my entire stay in Colombia. It looks very harmonious, the materials used and the round windows give the room charm. The garden is pleasant, nice, offers shade. The kitchen is equipped with everything for full meals. Omar is a very nice, friendly person. It radiates well-being, composure, calmness and honesty. Very willing to help. He is the soul of this place. The hostel is an ideal place to relax. Overall, everything creates a very pleasant atmosphere. I'm happy when I can exchange the money loaded with my work for something that feels good and honest to me.

ArgentinaCorazón de Tagua is the perfect place for a relax stay in Palomino. The garden and the vibe of the place is friendly and calm. The shared kitchen is an amazing advantage, to be able to choose when to cook when you´re not in the mood for the crowds in the restaurants. Omar and the staff are always willing to help in any requirements and also enjoy nice conversations. They kept my stuff for free when leaving for Tayrona park which is really valuable too. Will definitely come back and highly recommend. Thanks so much!

United KingdomKitchen was a little messy and the fridge was very dirty and doesn’t work very well, whether that’s because it was overpacked or lack of power.
Nice relaxing vibe to the place and very friendly owner/staff. It’s a short walk to the bus stop for catching the bus back to Santa Marta. About a 15/20min walk to the beach. Supermarket nearby.

The owner was very friendly and the location was very good. Four minutes from the bus station and ten from the beach. The prices were also very good here
