Couldn’t ask for a better location. A couple of blocks away from the park, good restaurants and bars. But far enough away to be quiet at night. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The Jacuzzi was looking a bit dirty so we didn’t use it but overall, we didn’t really mind

Lovely, ambient, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, very nice staff. The area feels safe and is not right in the hustle of Santa Marta, just a little outside, but still at walking distance from the main street. They kept our luggage when we left for Tayrona for two days at no cost.

Excellent staff, helpful in every way for directions, eating, keeping luggage. Kitchen staff fixed me a sandwich when I arrived late for breakfast. Very cheerful and eager to help. room was comfy with hot water and hangers for clothes. Very clean. Simple accomodations but very satisfactory and economical.

The only thing that we had problem with was that we didn't have any wifi signal in half of the room. The staff offered us to switch rooms with better wifi signal but we declined. In all fairness, I think that they can simply fix this issue by buying the most basic wifi signal extender and plugging it in that room. This way not only that room will get good internet connection but also the rooms around it.

The hotel and the room itself were very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was also good, prepared on request and we had the option to choose what we wanted. The room had anything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The aircon was working well without any unusual noises.

Very clean, comfortable bed, very kind receptionists, desayuno viajero (if you can hve breakfast because you leave before 7. Quiet át night. Short walk to mercado pubblico (bus to Tayrona and Minca) and Marsol (bus to Cartagena).

The location is not great, I tried to walk around at night around the hotel and it was the only time I felt unsafe in Colombia, just because there was barely anyone on the streets.

The staff were super helpful, my girlfriend got stick and they helped us by ordering medicine for her.

It would have been really useful to have a bedside lamp.

The friendly staff and the immaculately clean room and communal areas. Staff were very helpful too: they lent me a hairdryer and booked a taxi for us.

Like many others I couldn't get hot water in the shower. Towels and sheets a bit discolored. Rooftop didn't appear open.

Friendly staff, even with my broken Spanish. Breakfast was delicious (though I wish more options were available on weekdays), room was sparse but represented accurately in the photos. Having AC was great. Laundry service was so fast, it was ready in an hour.

Even though the place was very quiet, I had a strange , but not loud sound coming on and off at night from the roof, but probably affected just my room

Got a room with 3 bedrooms, rooms are clean, very quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes away from the main spot. Terrace is also nice and gives enough space to hang around and get tan.

Arepas were perfect. But the yogurt with granola was sweet, not natural, so I didn't eat. Unfortunatelly this is common in Colombia, seems that they only know sweet yogurt. However, for foreign turist they should indicate it in the menu...

It was already our second time here and we loved it again. We liked the very comfortable beds, everything super clean, good location, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was super super helpful, they helped us with absolutely everything.

The area around was quite sketchy at night, even the short walk to the city centre (although that counts for everywhere we went in Santa Marta at night, please be careful around in that town).

Amazing hotel, unexpected free a la carte breakfast, jacuzzi on top (although it wasn't really warm), lovely staff, no complains.

-Both receptionist ladies who we met during our stay were extremely friendly, nice and accomodating, despite our language barriers. Thank you again for everything! -Very tasty breakfast! The ladies in the kitchen were also very nice. -We loved the interior of the hotel! -The room was spacious. -Centrally located and still calm at night, which was important for us after a long day of excursion. -We could get our laundry done, by dropping it in the evening and picking it up fresh and dry in the following morning, and was not expensive. -We were surprised how little the 1 night costed and how super our stay was. A few days before we stayed at Adaz a few blocks away, which we didn't like and costed more money.

Very noisy neighborhood, excessive volumen of the music in some house or bar next to the hotel. Really loud guests in the next rooms. There is no restaurant not snack bar nor vending machine.
