nothing! I would only recommend offering bottled water in the rooms and key locations of the resort.

Apart from the exceptional amenities of the Hotel/Resort the food is particularly delicious. Using local ingredients and recipes they produce exceptional dishes (this said there are also internatinal dishes available). The service staff is also very nice and well trained.

the double rooms at the main building seem to differ between them. we had the first one and didn’t have a nice front balcony , while the others further away did seem to have one but are in the same class. also the price/quality is a bit out we felt.

Very nice stay , a nice walk on the beach away from Palomino but therefore quiet. we stayed in one of the rooms at the main building. very big beach with plenty of spots and lots of space between them

I tried to order lobster but the dish would take 1hr to prepare which would be fine if i was alone. The walls of the room for the sea view room was very thin. We could hear everything that the next door said.

I love that Aite uses Loto del Sur products. Very environmentally friendly. Breakfast was very good. Great if you could include sausages or bacon next time we come : ). Extensive dinner menu which was great. Access to the stretch of beach was was amazing considering after 25mins walk we could access the good restaurants. Staff at pool bar and restaurant and reception were very very caring and lovely.

Our room was too close to the administration.and you could hear the people working. It doesn't have a good view. Avoid the room named bunku

Although a security guard was present, the room felt a little exposed so would recommend using the safe in the room.

Beach bungalow was amazing! Two hammocks, sea view, natural and unique interior. Great and open beach with a feeling of space. Great food and service.

The food at the restaurant was really great, quality ingredients. The view and ambiance from the room were really amazing. The whole property was beautiful and especially the pool area near the beach was fantastic.

Key & it's fob kept breaking, as did safe key. Shower handle broke. It's located in one of the richest bird áreas of the world & no one on stuff knew much about birds.

Secluded very natural properly at the beach. You could walk the beaches for miles. Cabanas not too close. Pool well maintained.not many busca. Good breeze. Restaurant was excellent

The villa and layout of the resort is beautiful. Well located and walking distance to centre from beach front. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Great facilities can really switch off and relax.

The place is magical. The room was wonderful. The pool divine! Great cocktails by the pool. Piña colada was yummy. Awesome food. No loud music, no speakers. The only music you get it’s the birds and the waves. You can’t beat that.

Everything was lovely.

A beautiful beach front location with lots of space so it felt very relaxed and calm. Very unusual to find so much space and tranquility but with the benefit of the small town of Palomino within 15 minutes walk. Stunning, eco-friendly natural gardens with beautiful palm trees, beach and tropical flowers. The staff including reception, restaurant, bar and cleaners were all very helpful, kind and lovely.

Great menu options. Everything we tried was excellent. The staff made sure the guests were taken care of. The no music policy made the stay very peaceful. We're not typically pool people, but it was amazing. You can relax, take a swim, watch the waves roll in, get some sun, have some drinks, and order food.
