The resort structure is amazing; the junior room is already great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach area is very calm, though a bit windy in late December. The restaurants/bars are really worth the whole experience, I would come back just for that. I particularly loved how artistic the whole place was (including art workshops).

Haven Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only sijaitsee Cancúnissa 16 km:n päässä Cancúnin vedenalaisesta museosta. Is was perfect! The room was huge, the bed was comfortable, we have a private hot tub in our room that upgraded the room. There even has a bluetooth in the bathroom. The mini bar was full with drinks and snacks. The facilities of the hotel were great- 2 huge pools, tennis court and a coffee shop with great coffee and pastries. The food was amazing! Especially the buffet and the oleo restaurant. In the night they have a club that every night has different activity and after that it become to a party. They also has a quite bar. The staff were very nice, especially the bell boy. We really enjoy, our vacation was 10/10 and if we come back to cancun will go back.

Customer service was excellent and the food was amazingly delicious and has a huge variety. The resort is large enough that there's plenty of space for everyone. The architecture blended with nature was wonderfully well considered. The parks were fun and the night show was beautiful.

It was so clean and although the housekeepers were on top of everything, they were never in your way. The staff onsite make you feel like royalty. Breakfast, meals and drinks can be delivered to you room, served at the "family" table or even poolside if you wish. My stay at Xaha was the best part of my trip to Tulum. If you go say hello to my favorite host Ricky. Ricky shared his knowledge about different areas, fun places to visit and would even speak directly to your taxi drivers in Spanish to ensure there was no confusion on our desired destination. I love me Ricky! Also, this place has very tight security. I've never felt safer.
