Very, very helpful and friendly staff. The resort is unique and is a residence of local ethnic minorities. It is worth staying. Embraced by the greenery, No.5 Valley Inn is 2 km from the west gate (Yangjiajie ticket booth) of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Very cozy and calm environment. Super friendly personnel. Rain helped us a lot with all tickets to National Park and transfer. We felt like home. The rooms and the place of the hotel is great! Very luxury experience. Our highlight is the cinema is the room😀👍 The breakfast was also nice.

Neodalle Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan has a fitness centre, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. My stay was excellent. The room exceeded my expectations, in features and size. It was quiet and elegant. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. The staff tried hard and was very helpful, even though I did not speak Chinese. I used the laundry and the massage service, and both were excellent. I would choose to stay here again. The overall hotel was nicer than the listing presented.
