We really liked the character and location. Safe community with easy walk (or bus ride - we took the bus on the way to and just walk back from) to the ferry terminal to Isla de Mujeres. Even more easy walk (like 7 minutes) to El Meco ruins (unfortunately El Meco was closed until May 2024).

this is the first time I am writing review because I had to rate this property. Everything was fabulous, staff was outstanding, room was clean, spacious and have the most beautiful view and the food was so great but the thing I loved most about the property is hospitality. The staff was always ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each and every member of staff was great but some people really do need special mention; Monica from front desk, Fabian from spice, Sergio from Asiana, Felix the cabana server, Ivan from Maria Marie and entire staff of room service; go find these guys and you will never find anything to complain about.

The food and the amenities were great. Both the rooms and the hotel itself were very clean and organized. Staff was very helpful as well. It was also a big plus that it was an adults-only hotel so it was very calm. The highlight was the room, the hot tub was amazing.

Myself and my husband stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and had the best time ever! For the moment we walked in, the customer service was top notch, we was greeted with a healthy Coconut drink along with a heated neck pillow whilst we sat and ran through all our details at reception. We arrived at the hotel way before check but they still allowed us to use all their facilities. I cannot fault this hotel it’s was 10/10 from the food to decor, entertainment. We are so grateful for our butler service. Thank you to Rosa and Eric for everything. We had flowers, chocolates and more. The white sandy beach in front of the hotel and the hotels pool is amazing and slightly warm. I could go on and on how good this place is.

Overall, it was a nice time to get away. Good weather in May and nice atmosphere. I will go again if I have to choose a safe, family-friendly place in cancun, close to the airport location and all-inclusive food, drinks, and beach.

Firstly, it is an all inclusive hotel, but they are always trying to sell you something extra. It gets to be embarrassing. Secondly, the food in the restaurants is poor. thirdly, the pool is small and has few sun loungers. A lot of people want to put their towel on the sand. The service also lacks friendliness.

We had a departure flight delay so weren't leaving until 3:00 and they allowed us to stay on the resort with our wrist bands which was great.Valet parking was included. Food was wonderful, entertainment was great. The only other luxury all inclusive I have been to is Sandals, but I preferred this hotel even though I typically don't prefer large resorts.
