Housekeeping was very good,The manager gave me a refund because Booking.Com overcharged me,I query the cost,and it was returned. The swim up pool bar was awesome ,friendly staff .

When we checked in the guy took us up to our room up a couple of flights of stairs, the receptionist came up to our room and asked if we would like to move to another room because of the stairs, when we saw the new room it was a suite with a lovely pool view and sea view. And she didn’t charge any extra, the staff were lovely they had a restaurant and when we asked about having dinner they phoned the chef and told him to come in and cook our dinner 😂😂😂

Great location, super friendly, helpful staff! Special thank you so much to Loraine, Lorraine & Rebecca:) Right on BBC beach & it is possible to use the swimming pool next door depending on occupancy levels. Full kitchen & air con. Walking distance to the Spiceland Mall. Would definitely stay again!
