I would stay here in a heartbeat again the room was beautiful and d the staff were over and above accomodating. If they didn’t understand what o was saying they would use a translation app. Super close to Disneyland (I walked there and back) and the Shanghai Village outlet shops. The hotel's close proximity to the Metro is incredibly convenient. I must particularly commend the staff for their outstanding service, especially Mr. Brian, who consistently goes above and beyond to assist me in unexpected and thoughtful ways. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I am in Shanghai.

Everything about this hotel is PERFECT, absolutely beautiful. It cannot be faulted in anyway. Oozing with opulence and luxury, the doorman in his fancy attire, the foyer smelling of fresh flowers, chandelier above your bed and marble everywhere. It was mind blowing.

Nice the separate toilet and an extra compartment with shower along the bath tub with glas front towards the bedding, however it was possible to blind the glas upon pressing a button next to the light one.
