The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need apart from a kettle (I'm a tea drinker) the coffee machine may have met my needs for boiling water but I didn't know how to use it. The bed was huge and comfortable! Shower was lovely and large TV to watch. Communication with the hosts was all online but we received all of the information we required. We had a great stay in Kanab!

Location was great: approx. 20 minute drive to Zion National Park; approx. 2h15 drive to Bryce National Park; approx. 2h40 to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Approx. 10 minute drive to La Verkin and Hurricane with food options there (we definitely recommend the River Rock Roasting Company for dinner, they have great food options (also vegetarian) with very kind staff and a great view). The staff in the hotel was very kind and also very willing to help with planning our visits to e.g. the National Parks and Las Vegas. The hotel appears very new and is in great condition. The hotel, room and swimming pool were very clean (with daily room service), and the room was very large. Breakfast was really great for USA standards (to elaborate on this point: breakfast in the USA in general does not match the standards of European breakfasts (way too sweet and too many calories; no normal croissants; no hard buns)).

I loved staying here, it's a gorgeous hotel in a great location. My room was large, very modern and super clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. Great pool and fire pit area, I used the hot tub every night. The free breakfast was excellent, with great choice. They also offer free pre-packed lunch bags and snacks to take on your hike. The shuttle to Zion National Park stops on the main street right outside the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

For a town and hotel only a few minutes from Zion National Park, this is worth every penny. Free breakfast which saves money for your entire stay and allows to buy gifts and try out dinner spots in the town. Staff give you a flyer with all the shops in town too. Rooms very clean and plenty of space. Overall for visiting Zion National Park and a few hours from Bryce Canyon, this is worth every penny, free parking and overall best for a budget travel too!

This is a great location if you're unable to book a hotel inside of Zion National Park or in Springdale! It was only a 24 minute drive into Springdale/park entrance. We enjoyed the self serve waffle station for breakfast and were thankful for the Tesla chargers on site! There's also a little Mexican restaurant close by (2 minute drive) called "El Rancho" and the food is delicious! Overall, a good location for a couple of nights!

The beautiful town of Kanab we truly loved! It was a fascinating cute small town close to Zion National park (super easily reachable), the area was very nice. The room was great, bed was comfortable and the room facilities were all good. We even had a nice 'spa shower', which we really appreciated after long days of hiking. We also really appreciated changing set of warm dishes in the breakfast (especially the egg omelette).

Very warm comforter, so could turn off noisy heater at night, even though freezing outside. Small fridge and microwave. Breakfast was basic but sufficient... for the price point of the hotel. Hotels in Springdale area (town immediately outside of Zion National Park) were very expensive. Hotel is right off of Utah Route 9. We had to leave very early the next morning so could not try their breakfast.
