Vi fikk personlig omvisning av eieren og ble godt tatt vare på! Vi måtte også reise kl halv 5 om morgenen for å rekke første ferge, og da fikk vi til og med frokost på veien. Helt suverent!

My partner was vegan and the staff was more than helpful in making vegan pancakes for breakfast and had other options as well. The food was fantastic. In addition, the staff assisted us with activity bookings and offered to deliver food to you if you want to keep enjoying the beach. The room was so nice, right in front of the beach with an amazing pool right next to us.

Set in Tulum, a few steps from South Tulum Beach, Niken Beachfront Tulum Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

Kayaks are also available for free. The bungalows are magnificent and the place is calm.

The property is lovely and clean and exactly how described. It's very close to the beach and a few restaurants. Our host Michelle was superb and very helpful. She's suggested places to visit and tours to take and even organised taxis for us to take us to the ferry.
