Miki the manager is an absolute star - her hospitality is amazing.

I had a ¥3600 parking fee, they handed me a coin at check out and that single coin covered all ¥3600. didn’t use the public bath so I can’t really speak on that but overall the price was great with the short stay. clean room, non-smoking, great central location to the Sand dunes and sand museum.

Elegance, superb style and tradition - a delight to experience. Staff had limited English but we were well looked after with no problems. Appreciated the pickup and return service from Kaike Tourist Centre. Would love to stay again.

It was more fancy than I thought it would be, truly amazing. The Japanese style room and the public bathing area were both a fantastic experience. Close to the beach, with quite a few restaurants and stores around, direct bus to the station. There's a fridge, a kettle, some welcome teas and snacks, and a yukata for after the bath! They have three sizes. Highly recommend.
