Breakfast was good and everything was fresh (also at the other hotel's restaurant). Staff are very professional always with a smile, very helpful and tended to all our requests. We sat in the hotel's bar and enjoyed the singer Wayne and the woman that accompanied him playing. It was delightful. Prices were very decent. We enjoyed every minute there and will for sure come back here again.

The hotel's location was excellent for seeing the bigger attractions of Hiroshima; the Peace Park, A-Dome, and the Hiroshima Museum were all very close. And to see the Hiroshima castle, there was a tram right out front that came frequently. There staff was friendly and I was able to keep my bag there for the day while I went and explored.

We were given a corner room from where the panoramic view of Hiroshima was absolutely stunning. One could see the palace, the A Bomb dome, Christmas market and gorgeous mountains in the backdrop. It's a huge hotel and was a value for money proposition for us. And it was one of the biggest rooms we stayed in during our Japan trip. The room incl bath area was super clean and probably would be my choice to stay if I visited Hiroshima again. The staff at the reception were super courteous and kudos to them for their 'help with a smile' nature. By the way there is also a convenience store right in the lobby of the hotel. How cool is that!
