A lovely resort in every way! We were given a family room, which was perfect for a family of 4! It was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Staff all over the resort were warm and the facilities were lovely. There are several pools to swim in, and sunbeds were always available. Evening entertainment was wonderful for both, adults and children. There were also many sporting and fun activities throughout the day. In terms of food, the Greek restaurant was our favorite, and we could have eaten there all day, every day! The food was extremely fresh and flavorsome. We tried the Asian restaurant which was good, and the main buffet (quite busy) had several culinary themes throughout the week. The waterpark (which is awesome!) is in the hotel adjacent to Lyttos Mare, but they are both connected. There is a small yet convenient supermarket within the resort, in addition to a fun arcade room. Would highly recommend this resort!

Loved the clean fit out of the apartment and the location was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The staff here are exceptional making it a wonderful place to stay. Dobra pozicija hotela u odnosu na plažu i restorane u blizini i u odnosu na druge destinacije koje svakako treba posetiti na Kritu, pre svega mislim na grad Hanju, plaže Balos, Falasarna, Elafonisi. Bazen i spoljasnjost hotela, restoran na plazi kao i ostali restorani koji se nalaze u blizini mogu da ocenim sa najvecom ocenom. Besplatne lezaljke i ulazak na plažu.

The food was delicious, and the animation program for kids was a great addition. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it.

Simply amazing property!! Beautiful, next to the sea and mountains in backdrop, view is breathtaking!! So large property with variety of restaurants, we fell short exploring all the cuisines. Dinner was surreal, next to sea, listening to the waves with a glass of wine.. simply & truly amazing!!

food and service was excellent and the entertainment was excellent. the team assisted where they could and ensured we were helped when needed. We felt very comfortable in our room and how the hotel was managed. Food and snacks were always available and it felt like a real holiday. The management and team of the hotel were world class. we left very happy.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Everything was exceptional, the staff, the facilities, the food. Upon arrival the reception was very friendly and helpful and made us feel more than welcome. Our room was wonderful and was kept very clean and perfect throughout our entire stay. We had dinner at all of the restaurants, and we could not have been more delighted. The food was exceptional (although it was a bit on the pricier side) and the staff was more than courteous. We also ordered room service a few times and the staff there were great as well!
