Located on the Ile d’Oleron, the Hotel Île De Lumière offers direct access to the beach. It has an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and many other facilities. Helpful staff, good continental breakfast. Nice pool area, didn’t use as lashing rain. Room was modern and comfortable with nice bathroom.

This hotel is situated in its own Mediterranean-style gardens on Oleron Island. It offers a heated swimming pool and is just 900 metres from beaches on the French Atlantic coast. The accommodation was excellent and the beds very comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good and always being topped up. We often had the pool to ourselves and there were plenty of sun beds available. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The quaint cottage-style Hôtel Le Nautile is located 150 metres from the beach on the Island of Oléron. It features a shaded, flowery terrace and lounge area with a library. very comfortable and super clean. staff were very friendly and helpful

Hotel Homard Bleu provides beachfront accommodation in Saint-Trojan-les-Bains. A bar and a restaurant are available on site. The breakfast was great and the morning sunrise was something that you couldn't beat in the world....

Call the owner and ask for a room with breakfast and dinner included. The chef will treat you with fabulously fresh and creative food and give you advice for the wine to choose. Due to Covid breakfast is currently downsized to baguette, croissant, juice, delicious coffee, marmelade and butter of course. I love continental breakfast but quickly got used to it again.
