A delightful site where all of the historic buildings were beautifully restored and presented. We had a delightful converted property in the grounds with an outside door which was ideal for lovely walks from the site with the dog. The room was a generous size and the internal decor was very recent and nicely done. Very comfortable bed and nice bedding. Very helpful staff who spoke excellent English. Can't fault the place in any way - we will be back!

It was a great choice for a short getaway from a city. What we particularly appreciated was the pet-friendly approach and facilities. We came with a cat and there was a sleeping basket and 2 bowls for food and water ready in our room. And the staff - particular shout out to them because we received the best service we’ve ever had in France. Really a huge added value to your stay when you come tired seeking a carefree pampering experience.

Large shared apartment in quiet and friendly residential area. Conveniently close to motorway, but no noise from it. Free parking on street (always found a space), huge supermarket 3 or 4 minutes drive away. We were lucky to be the only ones there, so had the whole apartment to ourselves. Key fob access to main entrance doors and lift, so very secure. The Landlord (Ernest) is a nice young professional, who is at least bi-lingual (French and English).

I can only say exceptional, even with the language barrier. I was on my charity cycle ride from Bollington to Paris and needed to find a hotel nearby and I felt I won the jackpot. One of the nicest rooms I have stayed in and I have been to many hotels. Although not strictly a hotel they also had a swimming pool and Jacuzzi which helped repair my weary legs. Loved the fact there was plenty of USB sockets, very much needed these days, nothing seemed any trouble the owner even drove me to the local village to get a pizza. Also a shout out to the young girl serving breakfast, if you ever come to London and want help do not hesitate to contact me.
