Everything is of a very high standard. The staff are very helpful and nice. The decor and the rooms are gorgeous, all rooms have a sea view but would definitely recommend a room above the ground floor as they’re a bit exposed to other guests. The pools are spacious, lots of beds, same on the beach which you can walk right on to from the pool. Everything is very accessible. The food is of a good standard. The prices are a little high for things like ‘French’ water, so make sure to ask for the Columbia brands as they’ll default to the expensive one. The water sports are fantastic! definitely recommend.

Very good breakfast and always offering a variety of fruits for free during the whole stay. Julio at the reception was exceptionally helpful and a lot of fun to discuss all sorts of things including tropical fruits, markets, tourist attractions etc. Overall fantastic. Would never stay anywhere else if visiting Cartagena.
