Just 8 minutes drive from the Velasco Astete Airport, the Sonesta Hotel Cusco is less than 1 km from the city centre. All rooms feature a mountain or city view. Goed hotel, loopafstand van strand in mooie buurt Miraflores. Wat wij geweldige service vonden: omdat wij medisch advies nodig hadden vroegen wij om een arts. Die was er binnen 20 minuten en het hotel nam de kosten. Meer dan uitstekende service dus!

The best part of the stay is undoubtedly Ana, the owner. She is welcoming, friendly, attentive, proactive and kind. She helped me organising my tours and followed up to ensure I was picked up on time and I was happy with the experiences. She was ready with fruit to go when I had an early tour and was kind to offer advice when I had any question about Cusco. The rooms are well kept and hot packs are provided at night when the temperature descends. The location is centric, two small blocks from the main square and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The hotel also arranged pick up from the airport and drop off. It was full service!

The hotel is new, extremely clean and the service was impeccable. Right from the start when I made the reservation, manager Angel and his team immediately reached out to welcome me through WhatsApp and also arrange airport transfer and potential land tours. They were warm, welcoming and made me feel like home during my stay. Thank you Angel! Breakfast had a wide spread and I loved the coca tea that was offered in the lobby to aid with adjusting to the high altitude. Overall I am very pleased and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Cusco.

Kokoa Hotel Cusco is aantrekkelijk gelegen in Cuzco, en biedt een als buffet aangeboden ontbijt en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. The location was awesome! Everything was walking distance. The staff was amazing and helpful also. we had the family room with 2 full size beds and a bunk bed. Stephanie was the first and last beautiful, smiling face we saw at the hotel. She booked our taxi to go back to the hotel. We will miss her! Thank you Kokoa Hotel Cusco!
