Staff, they helped us in all possible ways. We arrived to Cusco very early, around 5 AM, they prepared the room and let us check in in around 1 hour. Alex was amazing when tour agency left us without a tour, and did everything he could, to fing another solution for us. Thanks for this hostel. Excelent location

People are very nice, very helpful and very accomodant. They even gave us a key to the hotel because we had a very late checkout - A great thank to Ana and her team - The beakfast is very good with fresh juice, fruits etc... - Very nice bed and bathroom. The decoration of the room is very nice with great painting. - The lobby is full of plants, it is lovely, very peacefull - Just 3 minutes away of the main plaza des las armas

From the beginning I felt really comfortable at El Ave Azul Boutique Hotel. The service was really good, the Host/Boss was realy friendly and helpful. The Interior was good, the bed comfortable, the house was really nice. i can totally recommend this place and i would stay there again, if i would come back to Cusco. All of the employers/family were really nice! Good place to stay!

We liked everything about the place, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms were so clean you could eat from the ground and the location is perfect.

Breakfast was very good and the staff is always willing to help. The location is great to do everything by foot while in Cusco, and the keep your luggage for free if you want to go to Machu Picchu.

Boasting a garden, CASA CRISTOBAL Siete Cuartones CASONA COLONIAL is situated in the centre of Cusco, 2.5 km from Wanchaq Train station. The attention from the staff was beyond words. The kindest and most attentive people. They recommended tours, restaurants, etc. We loved that the included breakfast was a menu and not a buffet! The food was amazing. Our room was always clean. The hotel was very centric. No complaints. If we ever came back to Cusco, Casa Cristobal is a given for our stay!
