The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel es un alojamiento muy bien ubicado en el centro de Yokohama que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado, restaurante y wifi gratis. The queen room was better looking and bigger in person than in the pictures. The value of the hotel is hard to beat and the location in Yokohama is great. As the hotel is within walking distance of the malls/waterfront and only a short walk away from a metro station.

If you get the chance to, stay here! Old school luxury and lots of attention to detail. Perfect location for exploring Yokohama. Try to get a room on one of the upper floors to experience the glass elevator going up and the views over the city.

This brand new hotel is one of the best experiences I had in Japan. Great location at Yokohama. We can see Mt. Fuji from our room. The room is clean and spacious. The electric blind is excellent. Woke up, pressed the button and you can see Mt. Fuji on your bed!
