This hotel was incredibly well located as it was near the Burj Khalifa metro stop. It was just a short walk to the Burj itself. Shout out to Sara at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome at the hotel. We got a great room with a view of the Burj. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a reasonably placed hotel with great rooms in a great location.

The hotel offers a unique and relaxed vibe amongst the metropolis of the city. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the A/C is well for sleeping and staying cool. I will definitely book this hotel again if visiting Dubai.

Featuring a magnificent Burj Khalifa view, Villa Rotana is strategically located on the Sheikh Zayed Road, offering easy access to Dubai Mall. Beautiful hotel, very clean, close to metro and one stop to Burj Khalifa. Staff is very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed. Swimming pool on the roof hotel was ideal to refresh after very hot weather. Staff also in gym and swimming pool were very nice.
