Pool. Shuttle to downtown. Due to very nervous situation I forgot to ask name of receptionist, who was helpful beyond any expectations and very much solution-oriented, so finally we got accommodation and enjoyed our stay at Keys.

The location was good for getting to Key West, only 20 mins away. there is a good size fridge in the room. the view is nice,
but can't enjoy it outside because of the bugs. The Tiki bar is still closed. There's no coffee machine in the room, which really
is inexcusable for me. To pay $800+ for 3 nights and have to go outside to the tiki bar to get coffee, no thanks! You need to bring your own hair conditioner, and body lotion. Bottom line,
I would not recommend . I didn't eat in the restaurant there, but their menu is high priced. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was grungy looking.

I found the office staff helpful and kind.
I found the office staff helpful and kind. The beds comfy and lots of hot water. Water pressure just so so. The patio outside was great. Overlooking the water was great, although it was not good for snorkeling it was good for seeing sea life! My kids took videos of lobster and a shark. Fridge was a good size and very cold. Great location = 30 minute drive to Mallory Square or Bahia Honda (maybe a few minutes less). Room was just a standard hotel room and seemed over priced to be outdated and not offer a microwave to at least heat up left overs. Free tea/ coffee in the morning at the tiki bar was great though. Room has 2 sinks, one for the bathroom one in the room which is great and the internet was powerful. We appreciated that. We appreciated being able to modify our stay (due to Elsa) with out penalty, and will stay again.

This is a poorly maintained 60’s era motel, with minimal updates for the price Of a 4star hotel in most other areas. The reviews looked decent, but what a joke. This place isn’t gross, there were no lizards or cockroaches in the rooms. If I were in Nicaragua i think I would be impressed with it. But for 400$ a night I expect some comfort. They also expect you to tip for a cup of Folgers coffee in the morning in their gross/poorly maintained and rarely cleaned tiki bar.
Room was very cool and looked out over the water. Very 1960s vibes except with an updated television. The coffee bar they have outside was awesome and they actually leave the coffee out for a little bit because Key West (fun fact) is very low crime. High ratio of police to citizens due to the number of people that visit so it's very safe.
Good room for a resort area setting. Not luxurious but nice with a beautiful waterfront view and less than a half hour away from Key West. The room was quiet even with some late night partying going on around us. Book it if you can. It was full when I was there. Save a lot over similar right in Key West
close parking and only 15 min from key west it was very convenient for me to park my sprinter outside my hotel room and there was plenty of parking .. and the AC system in the room was amazing nice and new and cold
The place is a nice 'old Florida' hotel. The problem, which they are aware of, is the internet. It worked intermittently or not at all. If a place says it has internet, I expect it to have internet that works!!!
For our needs the location was good. 20 mins from Key West & 20 mins from Bahia Honda State Park.
Liked the water view, but couldn't open the door without being attacked by gnats. The fridge in the room

We loved the look and the setting of the place!
Great location with friendly staff
Peaceful setting and relaxing atmosphere.
Ideal place to visit all areas of the Keys.
All rooms overlook the Gulf - beautiful!
Retro style hotel. Marina area beautiful at sunset. Had a mini fridge. Pool nice looking, but we didn't get a chance to enjoy it. Balcony overlooks the water.
