The room and the hotel in general were very clean. Big spacious room in a great location.
Dennis Port seemed nice. I was in Dennis Port to visit friends and relatives but I would not ever recommend Jonathan Edwards Motel which I cancelled after just 1 night stay on a 3 night reservation, motel management refuses to refund me the 2 nights I did not stay.. Accommodations were totally unacceptable!

Lovely town. Plenty of restaurants and shops of all kinds.
Lovely town. Plenty of restaurants and shops of all kinds. Beautiful beaches. Very peaceful and pretty area. Can't beat Kreme and Kone's food but a bit pricey. Their clams, scallops, fish sandwiches, chowder and onion rings were terrific. Loved going to the Hearth and Kettle even though it was a bit of a ride for a fantasticbreakfast.. Beautiful church, The Holy Trinity and beautiful adoration chapel nearby.

Dennis Port is convenient to many beaches, restaurants, and is a great town for walking and biking. People are very friendly. It's within a short drive to Hyannis with its charming shops and great restaurants. There's many miniature golf courses, a large inflatable/water park close by, and a movie theater.

Dennis Port has lovely narrow beaches.
Dennis Port has lovely narrow beaches. There is not much to do in Dennis Port other than the beach and a playground and tennis courts. There were a few restaurants but some are extremely expensive-especially the Original Seafood Restaurant where we were even charged a $14 fee for using our credit card. For about $85 we got a scallop roll, a side of scallops, fries and a beer and a serving of wine. It was good but overpriced and not very clean with little ambiance. Other similar restaurants charged 2/3s the price and we could eat outdoors.

This location was great for us.
This location was great for us. Easy to get around, shopping and restaurants close by. What I enjoyed most was that the location was away from the noise of highways and main routes, right on the water, peaceful.

Dennis Port is an older town, that has endured the Pandemic and it's consequences for almost 2 years. There have been some new roadways laid down. Which make it look much better. There are a lot of older homes and businesses that need a great deal of refurbishing, or total remodel. At this time of early fall, many of the summer places have already closed for the winter which makes the area seem quiet and unpopulated.
Just book, you’ll love it. Beach is beautiful and rooms are great - property is beautiful. Only draw back is the restaurant guests that TAKE OVER THE ENTIRE TERRACE EVERY NIGHT. Hotel guests now feel like an inconvenience to the restaurant crowd who are there for different reasons and dressed fully while your family is walking up from the beach on swimsuits.
The beds were the most uncomfortable beds ever. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels with comfortable beds. Very stiff and the middle sinks in. Pillows were horrible also. For what I paid I expected beds to be more comfortable. I felt itchy in my bed. Place is cute with a great location. Not worth what I paid and expected.
Our space was clean and decorated in a beachy theme. We loved being right on the water. Met lots of friendly guests, but also felt we had privacy. Staff were responsive. We stayed in unit 15. Some reviews were not great, we were worried about that, but we had a wonderful experience.
The Pelham House Resort was a great choice to spend a few days on the Cape. It’s location is right on the water. The landscape was cared for daily with beautiful flowers around. The facility had a couple of very nice restaurants, and the pool area was amazing.
Located right on the beach! Easy to park and get to and from the car to explore! Our room and pool area were clean and beautiful! Couldn’t have asked for more!
