Stay 365 Heraklion Apart Hotel ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่เดินทางไปหาด Amoudara Beach ได้ใน 1.4 กม. The cleanliness and decor are on point! The host who checked us in was amazing and super friendly. The cafe and bar are really nice and not too pricey. The tech at the hotel is great, as they are using QR codes for ordering. The location is great in our opinion. You just walk 2 minutes and there is a bus stop that comes very frequently and takes you downtown. If you like to walk it's about 40 mins on foot. There are a ton of mini markets near by and some great bakeries. Overall, this place was awesome!

I was very happy with the customer service and friendliness of the staff. Julia at reception was wonderful in helping us with anything we required. Helen and Stella at the pool bar were a delight. All staff were very welcoming and professional.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and cleaned/serviced every day. The location was amazing, plus lots of transport to local beaches with access only by boat - recommend lutro and marmara highly!

A lovely resort in every way! We were given a family room, which was perfect for a family of 4! It was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Staff all over the resort were warm and the facilities were lovely. There are several pools to swim in, and sunbeds were always available. Evening entertainment was wonderful for both, adults and children. There were also many sporting and fun activities throughout the day. In terms of food, the Greek restaurant was our favorite, and we could have eaten there all day, every day! The food was extremely fresh and flavorsome. We tried the Asian restaurant which was good, and the main buffet (quite busy) had several culinary themes throughout the week. The waterpark (which is awesome!) is in the hotel adjacent to Lyttos Mare, but they are both connected. There is a small yet convenient supermarket within the resort, in addition to a fun arcade room. Would highly recommend this resort!
