We loved getting the facilities (sun-beds, pool, jacuzzi, garbage collection…) of a big hotel within a regular apartment containing a kitchen right at the beach. The host Corrado was wonderfully helpful. I took covid test about 23 and half hours before departure. However, Cancun testing site followed Mexico City's time, so the testing time became 24 hours and half hour before the departure. Corrado was very willing to drive us to the testing site and interpreting for us. Even beside that, he was a wonderful friend with us. It was very enjoyable to stay at his apartment.

I liked the location and the view. The studio was equipped with toaster oven, cooking eye, coffee maker and microwave. Big nice refrigerator and dishes. The shower was amazing and the air conditioner was perfect. I loved how the sound of the ocean was available from the balcony. The beach was a little rough but just short walk down the beach the water was just like a swimming pool. I enjoyed working with the travel agent in the lobby Edwin but Eliana and Victor at the front desk were not helpful. My host was very responsive and quick to rectify any concerns. This is a wonderful getaway and the little Spanish I speak came in handy here for sure. Pablo the maintenance guy and Gina the lady in the gift shop were both very helpful. I would recommend this property for its cleanliness, location, in room amenities like internet , Smart TV and the majority of the Mexican people i met were amazing. I did not eat at the property. The bus stop is right across the street ... I would most definitely stay here again and I was at this property 10 days. Well done Front Beach Studio and thank you for sharing your paradise with me.

A személyzet nagyon gyakran udvariatlan és lekezelő módon viselkedett velünk, ellenben a láthatóan helyi vendégekkel szemben.
