1st Luxury Warehouse, apartment in Cancún

All units at the apartment complex come with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, a dining area and a private bathroom with a hair dryer, a shower and free toiletries. An oven, a microwave and fridge are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels.

The room was very nice with enough sleeping space for 3 adults and 2 kids. We didn't use much, but all the necessary cooking facilities were provided as long as free bottles of water, tea and coffee. The hotel is indeed located in the warehouse, but its territory is secured, so I felt safe there.

We loved getting the facilities (sun-beds, pool, jacuzzi, garbage collection…) of a big hotel within a regular apartment containing a kitchen right at the beach. The view from the living room was outstanding and we enjoyed everything during our stay. Make sure to check out the sunrise in the morning!

The host Corrado was wonderfully helpful. I took covid test about 23 and half hours before departure. However, Cancun testing site followed Mexico City's time, so the testing time became 24 hours and half hour before the departure. Corrado was very willing to drive us to the testing site and interpreting for us. Even beside that, he was a wonderful friend with us. It was very enjoyable to stay at his apartment.

This air-conditioned apartment comes with a dining area, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking.

I liked the location and the view. The studio was equipped with toaster oven, cooking eye, coffee maker and microwave. Big nice refrigerator and dishes. The shower was amazing and the air conditioner was perfect. I loved how the sound of the ocean was available from the balcony. The beach was a little rough but just short walk down the beach the water was just like a swimming pool. I enjoyed working with the travel agent in the lobby Edwin but Eliana and Victor at the front desk were not helpful. My host was very responsive and quick to rectify any concerns. This is a wonderful getaway and the little Spanish I speak came in handy here for sure. Pablo the maintenance guy and Gina the lady in the gift shop were both very helpful. I would recommend this property for its cleanliness, location, in room amenities like internet , Smart TV and the majority of the Mexican people i met were amazing. I did not eat at the property. The bus stop is right across the street ... I would most definitely stay here again and I was at this property 10 days. Well done Front Beach Studio and thank you for sharing your paradise with me.

    Location was perfect for us because we wanted to rent surfboards. Turns there's a surfboard rental right within this condo complex, at the pool. Apartment is facing the street, and this was good because we were not bothered by the loud pumping music from the beach/pool area.

    I loved the fact it was in a condominium so there was always security and we felt very safe. I also loved the pool and the terrace outside facing the motorway. Apartment had everything we could possibly need I have no complaints I highly recommend this place specially if you’re looking for a family friendly environment.

    The apartment and the room are really nice and clean (the bed is really comfy). Everything is pretty clean. The parking was already taken but still I was able to park in the condominium which is super safe. Frank is really nice, it was really easy to communicate.

    Very good position of the apartment. Salvia Condominium is located directly on the white sand beach Playa Forum. The apartment has a wonderful view of the beach and the clear blue water. From 1PM to 6PM expect to hear music from the CoCo Bongo Beach Bar, located 50 meters away.

    Dislocation is super! Nice apartments with open veranda overlooking the sea, beautiful territory of condominiums, large swimming pool. Owner’s very responsive. A great option for an inexpensive vacation, given the prices on the spit.

    Excellent affordable location, away from all the crowded places but yet close enough to all the restaurants and shops. Staff was very nice, attentive and helpful. Apartment was very clean, condominium complex was very quiet and very family oriented. Pool was also very nice and clean and never too crowded.
