Masaya San Agustin features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in San Agustín. Literally everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, the location is easily 11/10, the rooms were massive, incredible views, breakfast was great (especially that it was free), the common areas were always so clean and we used the ping pong table toooo much.

Excellent for our stopover in Neiva before flying to Bogota. Located only 10min away from the airport. The children had a great time in the swimming pool!

This is the first 10 I have ever given. The family running the hotel is so kind and welcoming . The views at the hotel are breathtaking. This is also the cleanest hotel we have stayed in across South america and asia. Book your trips through the hotel, they are the same price or cheaper than anywhere else.

She is extremely welcoming, prepares amazing breakfast, coffee and house-made lemonade in-between. I can definitely recommend the offered tour to the Tatacoa desert. They also organized a collectivo back to neiva for us.

It was really cool to be out in the middle of nowhere in the desert. The hotel is very rustic and located on a functioning ranch with cows and horses and everything. It is also walking distance from the two grey desert hiking trails. The owner was really friendly and fun to chat with as well as helpful with anything we needed. The food was also some of the best hotel food we’ve had.

This is an excellent lodging when in San Agustin. It is a bit outside of the town but the owners offer the pickup and drop off for guests arriving and leaving by bus. And the location offers splendid views and such a relaxing, quiet atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast is very tasty with delicious home-made arepas. For other meals it’s possible to order to the hotel. The owners are wonderful, kind people, sharing a lot of good advice on what is worth seeing in the area, arranging guides and dropping guests of at the Archeological Park.

The staff was very helpful and kind, always ready to help with everything I needed. The room facilities are perfect for those looking for a good rest away from the city. The breakfast was simple but nice.
