Best hotel I visited in Colombia so far and at a good price. Very clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds, good shower, good desk for work, lots of lights, windows to open, quiet place, educated and polite staff. All good.

The included breakfast was wonderful. The staff were all very nice and patient with my extremely limited knowledge of Spanish.

El Four Points Sheraton Medellin se encuentra en pleno distrito comercial y financiero de Poblado, en el centro de Medellín. Fabulous area, very clean room and helpful staff. And a couple of wee chocolates popped onto our beds every evening. Lovely clean swimming pool and access to shopping centre through back gate made for a very convenient and save stay.

This is an amazing hotel and I would like to thank the staff for making it a memorable stay. I stayed in a room with a bath which was fantastic. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel, the rooms were spacious and the l'occitane products and bath oil were a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious and served on the roof top restaurant. Full marks for house keeping. The hotel is conveniently located with a supermarket across the way. Thanks to the staff for being so patient organising taxis and giving me information on the area.
