Everything perfect. Excellent location easy to national park. Amazing staff, Tricia very helpful and kindly. Highly recommended. Due to bad weather, we have to change mind, have to leave early. She's very kindly and fix it shortly.

This Inn is a little hidden when driving through the town and we were definitely traveling during non-peak season. The streets were dead! Either way, we got to the Inn and thought we had the whole place to ourselves, because there were no other cars in the parking lot. We walked in and saw a beautiful, modern lobby with a fireplace going. The room was spaciously small, if that makes sense. There's no elevators in this place, so be prepared to carry your luggage around.
Breakfast was good too. They had a little bit of everything, but better than a continental breakfast at a normal hotel.
I would stay here again.
Situated 2 blocks from West Yellowstone Town Park, this non-smoking hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms.

Nothing no staff on hand to register and get room entry- room 114 was in a filthy condition had to phone the receptionist back out to get another room after 15-20 of messing around then got offered another room as key card didn’t work on room 116 finished up getting a room although we asked the receptionist for a refund but was told that we had to contact booking.com. The receptionist that booked us into the hotel was very unhelpful and not once did she apologise at any time! I would recommend this hotel to anyone there are other faults but too long to make at this time. 😡😡

Lovely room comfortable and clean. It even had a kettle which was a delight as I am not a coffee drinker. So was able to have tea. The staff were friendly and helpful. The complex had free laundry a bonus.

West Yellowstone is a resort town built for a basically...
West Yellowstone is a resort town built for a basically captive audience of seasonal tourists. Consequently, as one might expect, it is expensive and chock-full of kitsch. Yellowstone NP is in a very remote area, and in-park accommodations are limited, expensive, and need to be booked a year (or more) in advance. So, staying outside the park, in West Yellowstone and Gardiner, is a popular option. We stayed in both, to have convenient access to different parts of the park. Yellowstone is huge, and trying to explore the park from just one location can result in an inordinate amount of driving and wasted time.
So, unless you're camping in the park or fortunate enough to land a room at one or more the in-park lodges, you will be staying in West Yellowstone or Gardiner, or both. They are tourist towns, first and foremost, and exist in their current state only because they are so close to the park and have no real competition. My better half doesn't mind the inflated prices and relentless kitsch. I do. YMMV.

It is convenient to Yellowstone, and the Inn is very close to the park. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, tourist shopping, and museums. The drive travellings to and from is beautiful. I recommend The Grey Wolf Inn.

Nice town with lots of choices for food, shopping and motels. Unfortunately, I would not stay at the Yellowstone Country Inn again. The Outpost had a very good breakfast. Dinner at Three Bears Restaurant and Old Town Cafe was very good. Staff at all three restaurants was also very good.

High Marks Rentals were great in customer service and friendliness renting great new model snowmobiles. Great eating establishments. Parked the snowmobiles right outside Kelly Inn for convenience. Full active days in the wonders of what God created.
Drove our snowmobiles to eat at night! Drove to the grocery. Gased up each day at the Sinclair a couple blocks on the way to trails and open fields. Very deep deep powdery snow. Especially up on Two Tops.
Tired at night. ☺️😴

Make sure you book snowmobiling tours to the national park at least a week ahead, we didn't know the park was closed on the west side so we ended up not seeing anything :/ (snow coach is extremely pricey, almost 500 bucks for two, so we couldn't afford it) snowmobiling is so much fun we ride on trails.

Most incredible trip ever!!
Most incredible trip ever!! Our family of five snowmobiled, saw so much wildlife, enjoyed dog sledding (Spirit of the North), shopping, and a sleigh ride to a nearby ranch (Parade Rest Ranch), where we ate a delicious chili lunch. To see Yellowstone in the winter was magical!
We ate at Bullwinkles, Hanks, Wild West Pizzaria & our favorite shop was the Rustic Bison.

Pretty much everything. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful, but laid-back rather than overbearing (if you've stayed in a lot of hotels you know what I mean). We actually felt so comfortable we extended our stay an extra night, and they were happy to allow us to stay in our room. There's also plenty of parking.
West Yellowstone itself is a fun and engaging place to stay, even without the magic of Yellowstone Park.
Highly recommended.
The two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and let us check in an hour early. The cabin was super clean and such a fun, different experience from a regular hotel. The cabins are large and are spaced out really well to provide privacy. Each cabin also has its own parking spot. The wifi worked really well and the location is great - walking distance from the main road and lots of stores/restaurants. I wish we stayed more than one night!
The front desk staff was amazing - they assisted us with our needs onsite and offsite! Breakfast was decent and our rooms were comfortable. The decor and furniture added a western feel to the property, which we loved and appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located to everything in town and not a bad drive from Bozeman International. We definitely recommend this hotel for those staying in West Yellowstone!
We took a week long trip through The Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. All the other places we stayed were in the actual parks and all of them had dirty bathroom floors & bathtubs! I am a real stickler about cleanliness and have to say out of everywhere we stayed, Yellowstone Park Hotel was the cleanest! The entire room was spic and span, the beds were comfy, the pillows soft, and the hot tub was delightful.
Hotel was likely the best in West Yellowstone , it is new and very clean. Most lodging in town is older. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was not bad, though no hot items like eggs. They had some extras like smores and ice cream in the evening afternoon. They also have washer dryers in the hotel.
The couple that checked us in was very nice and organized. The pool was closed temporarily but we were allowed access to a nearby hotel’s pool. The breakfast was great (reviews confirmed!) with a great variety of food. The location was great for walking to downtown West Yellowstone and also really close to the West entrance to Yellowstone.
The hotel had a fridge, microwave, and great air conditioning. After looking around, it looked like one of the nicest places to stay in the area. The location to the west park entrance is unbeatable. The staff gave great restaurant recommendations. There was coffee available in the lobby in the morning and tea always available.
Great location if you you want to go into Yellowstone but not stay in the actual park (camping or way high cost lodging). Lots of shops near by. staff was awesome. Be warmed if you are looking for fancy it is not. It is a quaint, comfortable little place to rest your head at the end of the day.
My daughter and I loved the ranch, everyone was friendly, food was all very good. Location was perfect to experience yellowstone. We went to jackson hole after leaving there and wished we were back. The best part of our 2 wk vacation was west yellowstone and parade rest ranch!
This is a great location for exploring the park, the cabin is for those who what privacy and what their own kitchen for food, if your an organic person and coming through Jackson stop at the Whole Foods on your way up to West Yellowstone.
Yellowstone Park Hotel has a really good location 5 minutes away from west entrance. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is not all nice and polite, but we should thank Nick and Rob for the great service.
Great place to stay to visit West Yellowstone. Large comfortable room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Price of $300 is very high for this quality of room. But this seems to be normal nowadays.
Brekfast very good and complete, room very nice and clean but no view. Tasty coffe, tea and biscuits in the recepcion for cortesy. Great location near shops. Hotel personal very nice. Parking included
Location, cleanliness, price (even it is 3xpensive but it is West Yellowstone , a popular vacation location, I would not claim the price is high for a motel cauSe it's location)
We needed a clean, warm, place to sleep that was near Yellowstone National Park and was reasonably priced. Terra Navo Cabins was a great fit! Thank you!
Very friendly lady in front desk,
Good location to West yellowstone Park. Walking distance to all amenities in West Yellowstone
