My room was perfectly clean and tidy, which was great for relaxing after a fun day in the thermal waters of Chillán. I even woke up late for breakfast on my final day and they were kind enough to offer me some cereal, yogurt, and desserts. The apartment is very modern and furnishings and appliances are excellent and complete— felt suited for a permanent resident. Nicely decorated and the kitchen was well-stocked. Mini-split heater/AC was nice as was a specific oarking spot in front of the building. Owner Carmen was very helpful and immediately answered all questions. A+

The view was also splendid, considering that the city really doesn't have much to offer in terms of landscape. The apartment is brand new, spotless and cozy. Big screen TVs for tele lovers. Someone came everyday to prepare breakfast and to clean the house. Such a treat! The owner stopped by our first night to make sure everything was in order. The hotel offers off-site parking a block away in a commercial parking lot. A good alternative for spending a night or two on a road trip from Santiago to the south of Chile.
